Daily Routine in English which I am going to tell you today, it is very important for us to know about it . Our lives are made and ruined by our daily routine. If you want to make your life successful, then you should correct your daily routine.

Daily routine means a fixed plan for each day, which has fixed time for work, rest, food, exercise, and self-development. It not only helps in time management but also helps in mental peace and personal growth.

When we plan in advance, our attention is not diverted and we are able to use our time properly.

A routine helps us to move regularly towards our goals.

Key Elements of a Healthy Daily Routine

1. Wake Up Early :-
Waking up between 5 and 6 am gives you extra time for the day. It helps in self-care and staying focused on the goal.

2. Morning Hygiene & Meditation :-
After waking up, washing your face, brushing your teeth, and meditating prepares you mentally.

3. Yoga or Exercise :-
15 to 30 minutes of physical exercise makes the body fit and fills it with energy.

4. Healthy Breakfast :-
Breakfast in the morning is like fuel for the body. Include fruits, porridge, sprouted grains or protein-rich things.

5. Work or Study Time :-
Start your work (office, study, freelance etc.) at 9 am and stay focused. Avoid mobile and social media.

6. Break & Hydration :-

Take a short break of 5-10 minutes every 90 minutes. It would be good to drink fresh fruits, water or lemonade.

7. Lunch :-

Have a balanced and light meal, which includes dal, vegetables, rice or roti and salad. Avoid too much oil and spices.

8. Short Nap / Quiet Time :-
20 minutes of sleep or rest fills you with energy again.

9. Evening Routine :-
After finishing work, it is good to go for a walk, play, listen to music or spend time in some hobby.

10. Dinner :-

Have a light and early dinner (between 7:00 and 8:00 PM). This keeps digestion right.

11. Prepare for Sleep :-

Keep a distance from the mobile screen before sleeping. Meditate or read a book for 15 minutes and go to bed by 10 pm.
